My husband and I were here on January 8th, 2016 to replace my S4 which crashed after trying to do a system update. The woman who was supposed to be helping us, has absolutely no clue in regard to customer service. She provided the absolute WORST customer service EVER! If you want to be treated horribly, even when you're willing to drop $700 for a new phone so you can just get out of there; go here. We opted to go to Best Buy and were treated wonderfully. The lady who helped us there, Angel, was such a DELIGHT! We will NEVER set foot in Sprint again.

Don't seem to be up to date on what is going on..it is bad my bill has increase by $3.00 for two no one can explain actually $6 one month and I have not changed one thing
