I recently had 3 rooms here and had a WONDERFUL experience from start to finish. It is a great place to stay when retrieving people from the airport late at night. The location is very convenient and the staff was awesome!! The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfy!! I'll definitely stay here again!!
Hotel was "OK". I preferred the Marriott we stayed in just a few days prior. The elevator was hot and smelly. It seemed like an older hotel, very few decorations and it seemed very 'sterile'. Staff was friendly. It was right around the corner from a Mexican restaurant named Maria's Cantina. (A MUST!) The TV needed a digital box. Glad we stayed in Southhaven and not Memphis (which seemed awful). All in all I would just give this an "OK".
Pretty nice , room, kitchen, bathroom, tv etc. Slightly noisy guess in other rooms but not overwhelming. Nice staff. Great R and R for myself and the Mrs.
Clean, quiet, updated, & comfortable. Good air conditioner, but it blew directly at the bed. They service the rooms once a week(which is fine with me).
The room was clean and nice. The bed was perfect. Recommend steam cleaning the carpets
