Heading to UMemphis this August, I wanted to up my gear to represent my pride in becoming a Memphis Tiger. I happened upon this store one weekend, and was amazed at what I found. Full of both college and professional sportswear, this store and the extremely helpful employees have made my search for college gear easy. Anyone in need of sports gear (both college and professional) and close to the Southaven area-come by Southaven`s "College Station."
The customer service in this store is horrible!!!! I was looking for a Dallas Cowboy license plate when I got to the register the young lady never spoke and when another gentleman approached asking if I needed assistance the young lady in a very RUDE TONE said "I mean I cant help you if you are on the phone. I can't read your mind is also what she said. When I told her that she never greated me as a customer she told me in again a very nasty tone that well I can leave the store that's what I did. I called back to get manager or owners information and the emoloyee that answered the phone in a rude manor said No we don't give out that information. So with that being said I would not advise anyone to shop at this store the obviously don't value their customers.
EXPENSIVE!
Over priced like crazy!!!! Check the MSRP tag and compare it to the price on the store tag. I found many items marked quite a bit higher than MSRP.... with the MSRP tag still right there on the item. How stupid do they thing folks are?!?! Or are they just that bold and unethical they think they can rip folks off???
